Scheduled agents read your records, write a report and propose emails or flags for your approval: daily huddle prep, overdue CAPA chasing, APR/PQR data packs, QMS gap watch, management review and inspection readiness.

Custom agent When you start it

- 1Step 1 : Open [Agent runner](https://qlogix.ai/app/agents) (administrators create agents) and pick a template.
- 2Step 2 : Adjust the brief (up to 6,000 characters), the schedule (by hand, daily, weekdays, weekly or monthly, at a time in your time zone) and optional web search and connected tools.
- 3Step 3 : Add up to 10 report recipients. Scheduled runs email their report; manual runs can be sent from the run page.
