## Questions about Project management

### Is this a replacement for a general project tool?

For quality, validation, maintenance and compliance programs, yes: the plan lives next to the records it delivers and is audited with them. For software or construction programs a general tool may still fit better; both can coexist.

### Does it do resource levelling?

It shows each resource's weekly load against capacity and alerts on overallocation; the manager moves the work. It does not reschedule tasks on its own.

### How are reminders sent?

By email to each task owner ahead of the planned finish, on the day and while overdue, on the cadence set on the project, with escalation to the manager past a threshold. The reminders are logged.

### How is it licensed?

Per user per month, on its own or with other modules, ordered by purchase order from the client portal.
