Scheduled agents read your records, write a report and propose emails or flags for your approval: daily huddle prep, overdue CAPA chasing, APR/PQR data packs, QMS gap watch, management review and inspection readiness.

Custom agentWhen you start it
  1. Step 1: Open Agent runner (administrators create agents) and pick a template.
  2. Step 2: Adjust the brief (up to 6,000 characters), the schedule (by hand, daily, weekdays, weekly or monthly, at a time in your time zone) and optional web search and connected tools.
  3. Step 3: Add up to 10 report recipients. Scheduled runs email their report; manual runs can be sent from the run page.

Run now starts a run; Pause schedule stops it. Agents can save notes for the next run, which you can forget. Reports download as Markdown.
