Q Intelligence
The hub of the quality system: ask about any record, document, audit trail or regulation, draft the next record for review, chart and analyse data, build FMEAs, and hand work to Q Agent. It cites its sources and remembers your conversations.

Ask a question
- Step 1: Open Q Intelligence, or choose Ask Q Intelligence on any record page to focus on that record.
- Step 2: Type the question (under 4,000 characters), choose a capability tile or a pulse tile (open records, overdue, stalled, gaps), or build one with Prompt Gen.
- Step 3: Attach files if needed: PDF, Word, Excel, text, CSV, Markdown or images, up to 5 per message, 20 MB each.
- Step 4: Read the answer and What was consulted: every record, document, guidance passage, web page and connector call it used.

Drafting records
- Step 1: Ask for the record. Q Intelligence reads the source records and shows a draft card (investigation, change control, CAPA, document or a proposed link).
- Step 2: Choose Review and create: the form opens pre-filled. Check every field.
- Step 3: Create the record yourself. A proposed link opens the record page, where you confirm it.
Rule: Nothing is created, changed, linked or signed by the AI. Drafts become records only when a person creates them.
Projects, profile, memory and exports
- Projects & System: a project is a library of documents searched when the project is active; add documents to it. Preferred websites are searched before the open web.
- Your profile: role, site, company type, products, markets, focus and answer style (standard, concise or detailed). Private to you.
- Memory: on or off; up to 60 items it learns or you add, shown as "Remembered:". Forget items, or everything, under Q Intelligence settings.
- History: conversations are saved; search, pin, delete and resume them. Save Session pins one under a name.
- Export: PDF, Markdown (copy or download) or JSON with sources and tools. Charts in a conversation can be saved to Generated charts.
- Tool connectors (super administrators): MCP servers your organization uses, shared by everyone.
Prompt Generator
Prompt Gen builds a well-specified question from choices: a preset (morning quality briefing, inspection readiness check, recurring issue scan, CAPA effectiveness review), the goal, the records in scope, a focus, a time frame, the deliverable (short answer, table, checklist, memo, draft record, slide outline), the audience, the depth and lenses (cite sources, reference regulations, flag risks, propose actions, say what is missing). Use this prompt puts it in the chat; it never sends on its own.
